What we collect

SleepWakeCalc does not require an account. We do not collect names, emails, or any personally identifying information unless you voluntarily send it to us via the contact form.

The calculator runs entirely in your browser. The times you enter are never sent to our servers.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage of the site (page views, country, device type). We do not use Google Analytics to identify individual visitors. You can opt out via your browser settings or extensions like uBlock Origin.

Advertising

We display advertising on this site to keep it free. Our advertising partners may include Google AdSense, Ezoic, or Mediavine. These services use cookies to serve relevant ads.
